DC Employment Services (DCES) is an employment placement company that help facilitate the placement of the Applicant with the Employer. DCES will work with the Applicant, Employer, and Employer’s legal counsel, to help coordinate the Employer’s offer of employment, and the Applicant’s U.S. immigration petition. The Employer will sponsor the Applicant for U.S. lawful permanent resident status including a PERM labor certification application and a Form I-140 immigrant visa petition. When eligible, the Applicant will apply for permanent U.S. residency, by filing an I-485 application for adjustment of status.
